Services and proposals
The information on the website is a general description. No content on the website constitutes a priced offer. Each project is agreed upon through a written proposal that defines scope, deliverables, revision rounds, timelines, price, taxes, deposit and payment method. If anything on the website contradicts the signed proposal, the proposal prevails.
Demonstrations on the website, such as the sample appointment calendar, use fictitious data and do not create any booking or obligation.
Intellectual property
The text, photos, videos, designs, logos and code on this website belong to Cocoito Zomac S.A.S. or to its clients and authors, and are protected by copyright law. The Heavy Upgrade brand and logo may not be used without authorization.
Rights to the material we produce for each client are governed by that client's contract or proposal: as a general rule, usage rights transfer to the client once the project has been paid in full, and Heavy Upgrade may show the work in its portfolio only with the client's authorization.

Some images on the website come from stock image libraries and are used only to illustrate the type of work. Projects marked as "reference client" show the service format and do not correspond to a real client.
